Canadian Fossil Discovery Centre

I recently made a trip to the town of Morden which is west of Winkler about 7 miles. I went to visit the "Canadian Fossil Discovery Center" a fossil museum. The first thing I encountered when entering the premises was a large sign depicted below.

Firstly i do not agree with the 80 million years ago part of this sign. Radiometric dating has known problems that make it entirely unreliable. The Parent element amount and the amount of the parent element added and subtracted from the fossil after the rock has formed are an assumed amount. There is no way to know these amounts for certain.

Soon afterwards after entering the museum we come upon the Big Bang propaganda of the evolutionary fundamentalists. Depicted below.

The Bible talks about God stretching out the heavens in numerous places so we can be sure that the universe was smaller at one point and that it has expanded. No one has however ever observed order coming from an explosion. Always disorder. Therefore I do not believe that the universe is the result of an explosion. A much better cosmology is decribed in this video by the physicist Dr. Russell Humphreys.

Next we come across some more disinformation about how the solar system and the earth was formed depicted below.

We find orphan radioactive palonium halos in the oldest rocks on the earth which would not be there if the planet cooled off over a long period of time. Some of the rocks had to have solidified in a very short period of time. There is no way around this. What you are reading in the above picture is a lie.

There was one redeeming aspect of this museum in the fact that it offers viewers the Creation Theory. Not much space is devoted to it though and the creationists views are not clearly presented. View Below.

The above verses are taken from a corrupt version of the Bible as can be seen by the way it ends with the words "one day". This implies that there may have been other days before this "one day" and between this "one day" and the "a second day". The King James version renders these verses properly:

1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

The creationist believes that variation does occur within kinds by means of mutations and natural selection but these mutations and selections never change one kind into another kind. New species can be formed but they are always the same kind as the original kind. There are many different types of dog but they are all of the dog kind.
